چکیده

I. Effect of blood admixture on the protein and globulin contents of C.S.F. In the first instance the relationship between the protein percentage and cell count per c.mm. of normal blood in various dilutions was determined. Oxalated blood, the R.B.C. count of which was 5 million per c.mm. and protein 7.5 gm. per cent, was added to normal saline to give various dilutions. The red cell count, estimation of corresponding protein level and the Nonne-Apelt test for globulin of each dilution were done. The results were as follows :?
